Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Coach Scot Baseball Sundays

This is a FREE program. There are no refunds, or makeup dates. By registering, you consent that your email address and/or phone number may be used for program announcements and events only and for no other purpose.

Coach Scot Weekday Special

You may cancel and be granted a refund up until 48 hours prior to the day of the program. After that, there are no refunds for a caregiver or child who does not participate in the program. For outdoor programs, if weather causes us to cancel the program, we will process all refunds within one business day. For indoor programs, if a building closes due to weather or other reasons, we will process all refunds within one business day. You have the option to use the fee towards the payment of another program. There are no make-up days.

Coach Scot Summer Weekdays

PLEASE NOTE: Ten days prior to the Monday of the session week, refunds will be processed minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds allowed after ten days prior to the Monday of the session week. For the final week of August 31 - September 4, f there is not enough enrollment before August 24, we will cancel the entire week--- Everyone will be notified and FULL refunds will be processed.

Fall Ball Membership Reg

Membership fees are not refundable once any season begins.
